MoveVacay LLC — Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Our Services
MoveVacay LLC (“MoveVacay”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates solely as a booking service facilitator between travelers (“customers”, “you”) and independent travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotel operators, and consolidators (“service providers”).
MoveVacay does not own, operate, or control any airline or travel service. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and refund policies of the respective travel suppliers.
Our service fees are charged only for facilitation, booking assistance, and customer support—not for the actual travel services themselves.
2. Airline / Supplier Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, modifications, or cancellations are governed entirely by the airline or supplier’s own policy.

MoveVacay cannot override or influence refund eligibility or timelines determined by airlines.

Airlines may impose cancellation or processing fees, which are deducted from any refund amount.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment, after deducting:

Airline/supplier penalties, and
-
MoveVacay’s non-refundable service fee.

Refund timelines depend on the airline and may take up to 8–12 weeks.
3. MoveVacay Service Fees

MoveVacay’s service fees are strictly non-refundable, even if the airline or supplier issues a full refund.

Service fees cover operational costs such as booking assistance, customer service, and communication with travel providers.

In case of booking errors or supplier cancellations, our service fee remains non-refundable.
4. Voluntary Cancellations (By the Customer)

Customers who wish to cancel must notify MoveVacay. We will then communicate the request to the airline or supplier on your behalf.

Refunds are subject to airline penalties, fare rules, and MoveVacay’s non-refundable service fees.

For “no-show” or same-day cancellations, airlines typically issue no refund.
5. Involuntary Cancellations (By Airline)

If an airline cancels or reschedules your flight, MoveVacay will help facilitate the refund or rebooking as per the airline’s policy.

MoveVacay is not responsible for cancellations, delays, missed connections, or service changes made by airlines.

Any refund or rebooking option is at the sole discretion of the airline.
6. Liability Disclaimer

MoveVacay LLC does not guarantee any refund amount or processing period.

We are not liable for:

Airline-imposed penalties,

Delays or denials of refunds, or
-
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss caused by the airline or supplier.

MoveVacay’s role is strictly limited to facilitating communication and processing requests on behalf of the customer.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are advised to contact MoveVacay before initiating any chargeback.

Chargebacks filed without communication may lead to account suspension and administrative fees.

All refund or dispute claims must be submitted within 10 business days from the initial request date.

9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of MI, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By booking through MoveVacay LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
